All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your adventure gear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original packaging is required
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn footwear (Boots, Clogs, Sandals, Sneakers & Athletic Shoes)
  • Used clothing items (Hoodies & Sweatshirts, Pants, Shirts & Tops, Shorts)
  • Personal travel accessories that show signs of use

These items may only be returned if defective or if you received the incorrect item.

How to Return an Item

    • Reason for return/exchange
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your item securely in the original packaging

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for valuable items.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong item shipped or defective product
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

Damaged or Defective Items
