My 5th pair of Hoka shoes. The comfort of these shoes is incomparable. I broke my ankle in three places 7 years ago. My orthopedic surgeon recommended Hoka shoes. I now recommend them to family and friends.

I love the design of shoe Im a 7 1/2 to 8 I tried the 7 1/2 first but the shoe was not wide enough so I had to move up to 8 although the width is more comfortable the shoe ended up being a little longer than I would prefer

I was unable even to put my foot into the shoe because of the tight-fitting elastic surrounding the top. This shoe is an impossible fit for a high arch!

These are a great race shoe for shorter races with lots of vertical. They climbed amazingly. I could have used more grip on the downhill though. Very roomy, I could have probably sized down a half size since my races aren’t so long that I need to be prepared for swelling.

This shoe is not what I hoped for. I’m trying to replace the feel and support, NEUTRAL balance and RESPONSIVE impact of the Torrent 2. I have also tried the Torrent 3 (it’s not the same as the 2.) The Zinal 2 rolls my foot inward and has a cushion feel in the center of the shoe on the response. I personally don’t like a feel of cushion like a mattress topper. The shoe is narrow in the toe box. If you have a high instep the sock tongue isn’t going to work. For the cost of shoes, you would hope they would keep them real like the torrent 2.

I wear these for work, I work 3 12hr shifts a week. They have already gone to crap within 6months, absolutely waste of money, if I could upload a photo I would. The name hoka labeled on the sides appears to just be superglued, already peeled off, disappointed hugely.
