This bag looks nice and has a really well cushioned separate laptop compartment, but the fit wasn’t comfortable for me to carry my laptop and other heavy items so I ended up returning it. I am 5 feet tall and even at the shortest strap length adjustment the backpack sat too low on me for it to be fully against my back. Straps also had minimal cushioning. I wanted to use this as work bag so needed the extra support for me to use everyday.
